Pruning is best done in the months when trees are dormant. A healthy tree stores most of it’s energy in the branch tips so heavy pruning in summer time is considered bad practice. If you have pruning needs, plan for winter and early spring. We understand that sometimes the work has to get done regardless of season though, and we offer an informed evaluation year round.
